Frequently Asked Questions

We recommend booking 6-12 months in advance for weddings and major events, especially for peak seasons. For corporate events and smaller celebrations, 2-3 months advance booking is usually sufficient. However, we do accommodate last-minute bookings subject to availability.

Our venue rental includes tables, chairs, basic lighting, sound system, air conditioning, power supply, parking, security, and cleaning services. Decorations, catering, and additional services can be arranged separately or as part of a package.

Yes, we have an in-house catering team that can provide Nigerian and international cuisine. We also allow external caterers if you have a preferred vendor, subject to our kitchen usage guidelines and prior approval.

We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking, with the balance due 30 days before your event. We accept bank transfers, checks, and major credit cards. Payment plans can be arranged for larger events.

Absolutely! You can bring your own decorations or work with our recommended decorators. We ask that decorations be removed within 24 hours after your event and that nothing is attached to walls or ceilings without prior approval.
