2. Services Description

Beverly's International Event Centre provides venue rental, event planning, catering, and related services for weddings, corporate events, private parties, and other celebrations in Lagos, Nigeria.

3. Booking and Reservations

• All bookings require a signed contract and deposit payment
• Deposits are typically 50% of the total event cost
• Dates are confirmed only upon receipt of signed contract and deposit
• Full payment is due 30 days before the event date

4. Payment Terms

• All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise specified
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash, or approved credit cards
• Late payment fees may apply for overdue balances
• Additional charges may apply for extra services or damages
• All prices are subject to applicable taxes

5. Cancellation Policy

• 90+ days before event: 75% refund of deposits paid
• 60-89 days before event: 50% refund of deposits paid
• 30-59 days before event: 25% refund of deposits paid
• Less than 30 days: No refund

Events may be cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or public health emergencies. In such cases, we will work with clients to reschedule or provide appropriate compensation.

6. Event Guidelines and Conduct

• Events must end by the agreed time in the contract
• Maximum occupancy limits must be observed at all times
• No illegal substances or activities are permitted
• Smoking is prohibited in indoor areas
• Outside alcohol may require special permits
• Sound levels must comply with local noise ordinances
• Client is responsible for guest behavior and conduct

7. Liability and Insurance

Beverly's International Event Centre's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary event insurance, any damages to the venue or equipment, injuries to guests during the event, lost or stolen personal items, and cleanup of personal decorations and items.

8. Intellectual Property

By hosting an event at our venue, you grant us permission to use photographs and videos of your event for marketing purposes unless you specifically opt out in writing.

9. Vendor Requirements

• External vendors must be approved by Beverly's International Event Centre
• Provide proof of insurance and licenses
• Follow our vendor guidelines and setup procedures
• Clean up after themselves

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, according to Nigerian law.
